Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key sellers, ensuring their needs are met, and any issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner
- Act as the main bridge between sellers and the operations team, ensuring effective coordination and alignment on service expectations
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure continuous improvement on seller experience, performance & operational processes
- Oversee accounts assigned by sales leads, including driving ADO growth, negotiating deals, operational improvement and campaign participation to maximize growth
- Proactively identify churn risks and implement retention strategies to maintain strong seller engagement and retention rates
- Ensure operational performance and SLAs meet agreed service standards through close coordination with internal teams.
