Are you a strong TES Operations person that we can mould into a KAM and new client sourcing role?
MASA Outsourcing is looking for a strong TES Operations professional who understands client sites, service delivery, workforce planning, and the fast-moving nature of temporary employment services.
We are open to someone who is not a traditional salesperson, but who has the operational strength, client credibility, and commercial mindset to be developed into a Key Account Manager with responsibility for growing existing accounts and sourcing new clients.

- Solid understanding of client-site management and service delivery
- Ability to build trusted client relationships
