Job Responsibilities
- Meet annual targets of the company in terms of sales, new accounts, and customer satisfaction.
- Gain technical knowledge of all company products for proper customer product presentation or demonstration.
- Maintain complete list of customers and sales records.
- Attend sales activities such as trade exhibits, conferences, and launches.
- Liaise with customers on issues in their projects and collections.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
- Assist in identifying opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and submit reports regularly and on time.
- Represent and maintain a good company image and brand.
Qualifications
- Graduate of courses related to Electronics, Computer, or equivalent (non-board passer).
- 1-5 years experience in sales related to ELV / Auxiliary Systems.
