Job Description
A Business Development Officer develops and creates new business opportunities thru back-selling. The officer builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with key accounts and end-users. Provides both sales and marketing with support in terms of extensive product promotions and excellent customer relations in order to meet corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
Oversees Back-selling Operation (30%)
1. Establishes and maintains database of accounts and end-users
2. Determines ideal visit frequencies for each account
3. Monitors progress of projects
4. Assesses and recommends improvements on operation
Conducts business developments (25%)
1. Maintains and taps new accounts for Rezostar products.
2. Provides Marketing with information on new market segments to tap and ways to penetrate new markets
