Account Development & Growth (Farming – 50%)
- Build, nurture, and sustain strong long-term partnerships with high‑value global and regional customers.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and year‑on‑year revenue growth across assigned key accounts.
- Act as the customer advocate by understanding their business needs, industry challenges, and operational priorities.
