Responsibilities
- Serves as the main representative and primary contact for assigned accounts; develops and grows the area through effective account management, new placements, and business development.
- Conducts regular customer calls, business reviews, sales forecasting, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic programs.
- Ensures proper product and POS material placement, accurate reporting, and timely collection and remittance of payments in compliance with company policies.
- Handles customer concerns professionally, monitors trade marketing activities, and prepares required documentation to support business performance while adhering to company rules and standards.
