SUMMARY:
Our client is an industry leader, and a proud member of a larger JSE listed Group. They seek an experienced Key Accounts Controller, who will handle day-to-day customer service for existing key account customers in the Gauteng region. This role supports the Business Development Manager by managing inbound phone and walk-in queries, helping with quote preparation, and keeping customer records up to date. The successful candidate will be organised, customer-focused, and able to work independently on routine customer requests while escalating more complex issues appropriately.
POSITION INFO:
The Person: Matric. Must be fluent in Mandarin (non-negotiable) . Tertiary qualification a strong advantage. Minimum 3 to 5 years customer service or administrative support experience.
