Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new business sales leads.
Build, establish, and maintain sustainable customer relationships to drive business growth.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets in line with annual objectives and commission structures.
Promote and create awareness of new products and services, including Connectivity Solutions, Cloud Communications, Cloud Services and Security Solutions.
Develop strong business relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and service excellence.
Effectively manage daily and weekly sales activities and priorities.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Process customer agreements and new order documentation accurately.
Prepare and submit new business service orders.
Maintain and grow the existing customer base while ensuring contract retention.
