Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Key User - Service Management Systems to act as the recognized expert in one or more of our business capabilities. As a Key User, you will play a crucial role in ensuring business benefit realization by supporting end users, driving adoption of IT products and processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in user acceptance testing, pilots, and demos.
Identify and report issues or incidents to IT product teams.
Support deployment teams in planning and executing change management.
Help prepare and improve training materials.
Communicate changes and best practices to end users.
Facilitate meetings and trainings to reinforce correct product usage.
