Position Overview As a
KidStart Practitioner
at KKCS, you will play a crucial role in providing support to parents with young children 0 to 6 years old through home visitation sessions. You will also support the Team Leads in providing supervision and guidance to the team members with social work knowledge and through a systemic perspective. You will be responsible for assessing parenting capacity and child development milestones, developing intervention plans, and implementing strategies to support parents in parenting and to enhance child's outcomes. The successful candidate will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community resources, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic support for clients.
