JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure smooth-running of daily operations at Kindergarten Care (K-Care) Centre inside a Primary School.
- Mentor and supervise team of K-Care Officers to ensure compliance to SOPs, safety and health standards.
- Take a class and conduct prescribed indoor/outdoor modular activities whenever needed.
- Maintain and build rapport with various stakeholders, especially school and parents.
- Handle administrative duties related to the K-Care Centre (e.g., fees collection, registration and withdrawals, administering of subsidy applications).
- Handle emergencies and administer first aid, where applicable.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE-T).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a preschool setting, preferably in a senior teacher/supervisory/leadership role.
