Role Overview
Masterminds Early Learning Center is seeking an exceptional Kindergarten and Lower Primary Teacher to join its award‑winning Dubai education team.
This role is ideal for a teacher with strong British curriculum / Key Stage 1 experience who is confident teaching both Kindergarten‑aged children and lower primary students in a small‑group, academically ambitious, and developmentally appropriate environment. The successful candidate will support children from approximately 4–8 years, helping them build strong foundations in English, phonics, reading, writing, mathematics, general knowledge, social development, and independent thinking.
