Responsibilities include:
- Washing and cleaning utensils and dishes
- Washing, peeling, chopping and preparing food items
- Sorting and disposing of rubbish and recycling
- Cleaning food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas.
- Following and enforcing strict health and hygiene standards
