Kitchen Assistant - NB (ID: 7769) Industry Food & Beverage/Catering/Restaurant Specialization Food/Beverage/Restaurant Position Level Junior Working Hours 10am-2:30pm, 4:30pm-9pm (Closed Monday) Responsibilities * Assist in preparing and assembling burgers, fries, and ice cream orders according to standard recipes.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and food preparation equipment.
* Ensure ingredients such as burger patties, buns, vegetables, sauces, and ice cream are stocked and properly stored.
* Support with basic food prep tasks such as slicing vegetables, marinating meat, and portioning ingredients.
* Wash utensils, cooking equipment, and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
* Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies and inventory.
* Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
* Assist front-line team during peak hours, when necessary. Requirements * Prior kitchen or F&B experience is preferred.
