Position Summary Lead the kitchen team and ensure food quality, food safety, labor control, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage daily kitchen operations Control food cost (goal 37%) Schedule and manage labor Train and develop team members Maintain food safety standards Order and manage inventory Ensure buffet quality and freshness Assist with hiring and coaching Requirements 1-3 years restaurant leadership experience Ability to lead a team Strong food safety knowledge Reliable transportation Nights and weekends as needed
