Our Gracelands village in Hastings is seeking a full-time Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team.
Responsibilities
- Managing the kitchen team to prepare and provide meal service for residents.
- Overseeing and managing kitchen operations.
- Ensuring Food Control Plans are maintained and audit ready at all times.
- Leading the team to successful outcomes.
