Luxury Boutique Hotel in Sandton is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager. The Kitchen Manager will work closely with the Executive Chef to direct daily back‑of‑house operations to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. You will oversee all kitchen administration and stock control, staff scheduling; assist with menu innovation, food cost control, and strict health and safety standards to ensure seamless dining and catering services across the property.
Duties
- Staff Management & Leadership : Assist the Executive Chef in recruiting, training & mentoring sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants. Schedule employee shifts to optimize productivity and control labour costs. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and manage performance evaluations.
