We have an exciting opportunity to join our kitchen team at The Fife Arms Hotelas a Kitchen Porter!
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with apassion for excellent service and a desire to develop.
Your responsibilities include:
Using the dishwasher, ensuring that all crockeryand cutlery, as well as pots and pans are washed and clean, and returned totheir storage area Clean the kitchen, including work surfaces, floors,cooker hoods and any other areas, as requested by the Sous Chef and accordingto the shift checklist Ensure that the rubbish is sorted correctly,compacted as applicable, and put in the correct bins on the loading bay Ensure that the bins are cleaned and washed asrequired Ensure that the loadingbay is neat and tidy No experience? No problem. Justbring a strong work ethic, a passion for fresh food and brilliant service andwe’ll teach you the rest.
