Key Responsibilities:
· To clean and wash up all kitchen and service items in an efficient manner.
· To assist in the preparation of food as required.
· To keep the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
· To operate heavy equipment according to manufactures instructions.
Qualifications
- Experience in a catering or food service environment is desirable but not essential.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices (Level 1 Food Safety Certificate is a plus).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organisation in a fast-paced environment.
