An ambitious new food concept is coming to Glenferness and we're not looking for passengers. We're putting together a full, structured kitchen brigade for a high-volume events and functions operation — and we need people who've been in the fire before and know how to perform under pressure.
This is a ground-up build. That means you'll be part of something from day one — but it also means we expect you to show up ready, skilled, and serious.

WHAT WE EXPECT:
Proven experience in a structured brigade under a Head Chef
Strong knife skills and solid classical technique
