- I assist customers to plan their kitchens, based on their floorplans, site measurements and specific needs, using relevant IKEA tools.
- I know and understand the customers’ life at home needs, home furnishing trends and I use this knowledge to provide the best solutions for customers
- I maximize furniture and accessories sales by offering complete and coordinated kitchen solutions.
- I ensure that sales and profitability is secured through sales steering and range efficiency to maximize growth.
- I contribute towards improving the customer experience in the store and maintain a high level of service standard with a “First time right” mindset.
