Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking kitchen staff member to join our team. You will support daily kitchen operations to ensure food is prepared, cooked, and presented to a high standard. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in food preparation and cooking according to the menu and recipes
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and hygiene standards
- Support chefs with mise en place (ingredients preparation) and plating
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, storage, and equipment
- Wash and sanitize utensils, dishes, and kitchen tools as needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., proper storage, labeling, FIFO)
- Assist with stock receiving, storage, and inventory control
- Work as part of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours
