Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Hygiene and kitchen cleanliness : Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas, equipment and utensils according to HACCP standards. Have a thorough understanding of cleaning procedures and use of dishwashing machines. Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware and cooking utensils promptly.
