About the Role
We're looking for a disciplined Kitchen Supervisor to run the operational side of our kitchen in Al Ain — this is NOT a chef role. You will own the systems: cost, quality, inventory, and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Monitor recipe compliance and portion control daily
- Conduct weekly inventory counts and manage stock levels
- Verify supplier invoices and coordinate purchasing
- Track food cost and submit weekly reports to management
- Maintain daily waste log and identify reduction opportunities
- Ensure full HACCP and ADAFSA hygiene compliance
- Supervise kitchen opening/closing checklists
- Report directly to the owner with full transparency
Requirements
- 3+ years in kitchen operations or supervisory role
- Experience in inventory management and food cost control
- HACCP certification is a strong advantage
