Job Description
Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations Ensure food preparation and cooking are carried out according to company standards Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen Train and guide kitchen crew on proper food preparation and safety procedures Manage kitchen inventory, stock ordering, and storage of ingredients Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety regulations Assist in scheduling kitchen staff and ensuring smooth kitchen operations Handle and resolve kitchen-related issues when required
