Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE
The Kitchen and Refrigeration Technician is responsible for the maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment and related appliances in the hotel, ensuring all equipment is in the best condition.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Attend daily briefing.
- Perform major and/or minor repair and maintenance of kitchen equipment, including hot cooking and refrigeration equipment, as well as laundry equipment.
- Follow routine preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and record accordingly.
- Ensure all kitchen and laundry equipment are in proper working condition.
- Coordinate and prioritize repair tasks to respond in a timely manner, reducing downtime.
- Implement tasks in restaurant, back‑of‑house, kitchen, and laundry areas for troubleshooting or routine preventive maintenance.
