Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or any related field;
- with significant experience in a knitting or textile manufacturing environment;
- with in-depth understanding of knitting machinery (both circular and flat knitting), production processes, yarn types, and fabric quality control is essential.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interdepartmental coordination skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are important for coordinating with various department, managing staff, and reporting to senior management.
