Plan and manage production to ensure timely delivery of products meeting defined quality standards. Maintain optimal efficiency level across operations. Control second-quality output to within the maximum tolerance. Minimize material waste and improve resource utilization. Optimize overtime through effective workforce planning and shift management. Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and quality. Achieve targeted cost-saving initiatives within defined timelines.
