Senior Advisor - Operations Investments (OI) Knowledge Academy
National Bank is seeking two Senior Advisors to be based in Montreal, Toronto, Edmonton or Vancouver (as appropriate). The role provides strategic support and tactical leadership in operational knowledge, change support, and communications for the Investment Operations division.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the strategic plan and implementation of communication approaches across Investment Operations.
- Ensure the sustainable and secure transfer of operational knowledge within OI.
- Partner with OI sectors to design, deploy and maintain operational content that enables employees to perform their roles and navigate daily requirements.
- Lead and contribute to the design and evolution of onboarding frameworks, focusing on knowledge transfer and risk minimization.
