1. Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying KOC/Affiliate Partners: Source and categorize relevant micro‑influencers (KOCs) and affiliate partners across appropriate industries or communities.
  • Relationship & Partnership Building: Reach out to KOCs/affiliates, foster connections, and negotiate collaboration terms, commission structures, and deliverables to ensure mutual benefit.
  • Collaborative Campaign Development: Work with KOCs/affiliates to create engaging content and performance‑driven campaigns that align with our brand and drive targeted results.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance (e.g., conversions, CPA, ROAS) and adjust strategies to maximize outcomes.
