Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to manage and execute the marketing campaigns across TikTok. You will work closely with KOLs/content creators to ensure campaign deliverables are aligned with brand expectations and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop content ideation and campaign concepts for influencer collaborations.
- Provide expert guidance on visual language and narrative structure (hook, lighting, scene setting) to ensure content meets both algorithmic favorability and brand aesthetics.
- Review and check drafts to ensure content meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage content/video approval process before posting.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data.
