- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to build a high-performing Medical Affairs team with strong scientific, communication, and compliance capabilities.
- Serve as a role model and mentor, fostering a culture of scientific excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Develop and execute the local Medical Affairs plan in alignment with global and regional Medical Affairs LCM strategies and business priorities.
- Develop pre & post medical launch plan of new products
- Oversee and, when appropriate, lead high-level scientific interactions, advisory boards, and scientific exchange meetings.
- Ensure clear medical governance and alignment across functions while maintaining scientific independence and compliance.
- Oversight medical review processes, documentation, and quality standards across the team.
