This role will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to align strategic priorities, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, and drive successful project delivery and commercial growth.

- Lead Technical Customer Support
- Serve as the primary technical expert for customers, providing guidance on additive technologies and their impact on product performance and processing conditions.
