Overview
KS1 Teacher – Flexible short-term and long-term opportunities available immediately. These flexible opportunities are ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different primary school settings. You’ll be supporting schools in Callington and the surrounding areas, teaching Key Stage 1 pupils across a range of subjects.
Responsibilities
Duties as KS1 Teacher:
- Deliver engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum following provided plans
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Assess and record pupil progress where required
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different learners
- Communicate effectively with staff and contribute to the wider school community
