About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated KS2 Teacher to work on a full‑time, agency basis in schools across Ashington. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed teacher who is passionate about helping pupils achieve their full potential and preparing them for the next stage of their education.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages pupil progress
- Assess, monitor, and record pupil attainment and development
- Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners
- Prepare pupils for end‑of‑key‑stage assessments where appropriate
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
