Role & purpose
The KS2 Teacher will design and teach ambitious sequences across the KS2 curriculum, using formative assessment to accelerate progress. The KS2 Teacher will support literacy and maths mastery, lead stretch activities for higher achievers, and run targeted interventions. From January 2026, the KS2 Teacher will collaborate with subject leads to enhance curriculum coherence and to embed evidence-based teaching strategies across the phase.
