Key Responsibilities:
Drive operational efficiency across production lines by identifying and eliminating losses and waste.Apply tools and methods from AM, PM, FI, and QC pillars to improve line performance.Develop and implement technical standards to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production.Train operators on technical standards and restoration activities to maintain machinery and equipment in optimal condition.Identify and share best practices across different production lines.Ensure the accuracy and effective use of the MMP (Manufacturing Management Platform) data system.Collaborate with the plant engineering team to implement automation and digital transformation projects.Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.<...
