Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
+ Drive operational efficiency across production lines by identifying and eliminating losses and waste.
+ Apply tools and methods from AM, PM, FI, and QC pillars to improve line performance.
+ Develop and implement technical standards to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production.
+ Train operators on technical standards and restoration activities to maintain machinery and equipment in optimal condition.
+ Identify and share best practices across different production lines.
+ Ensure the accuracy and effective use of the MMP (Manufacturing Management Platform) data system.
+ Collaborate with the plant engineering team to implement automation and digital transformation projects.
