Responsibilities
- Support Client Advisors in addressing identified gaps in client Source of Wealth (SOW) profiles in line with current regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Ensure SOW information and supporting corroboration documents are updated and aligned with the latest standards.
- Liaise with Client Advisors to obtain additional information or documentation required to complete profile reviews and remediation activities.
- Promptly escalates any AML-related concerns or red flags to the AML team where necessary.
- Conduct name screening checks as required.
- 3–4 years of experience in Private Banking KYC/AML operations.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in KYC/SOW remediation or SOW preparation is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
