Responsibilities
- Monitors performance in KYC operations to achieve the targets and ensure data quality.
- Oversee team performance in relation with information clean-up, KYC data requests from partners and stakeholders.
- Oversee Aftersales operations, ensure KPI's are met.
- Ensure processes adhere to BSP policies and compliance to set procedures.
- Drive continuous improvements in both internal and external stakeholders.
