Key Responsibilities
- Develop UAT strategies, test plans, test cases, and scenario designs aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing across user journeys including onboarding, maintenance updates, and periodic reviews.
- Review and interpret Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
- Manage UAT execution cycles, monitor progress, track defects, assess impacts, and ensure timely closure.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, testing efficiencies, and enhancements to KYC controls.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in UAT testing, business analysis, or KYC CLM operations.
- Strong understanding of Client Lifecycle Management processes.
- Excellent analytical documentation, stakeholder communication, problem solving skills.
