Job Description

Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a L&D RN Travel for their Fairfield, CA location.

 

Responsibilities:

  • The Clinical Nurse (RN) has the responsibility, accountability, and the authority to deliver safe, effective, quality, excellent nursing care according to the philosophy and goals/objectives of the Department of Nursing.

  • The RN, utilizing Jean Watson’s Theory of Caring, Relationship Based Care, and Client professional nursing practice model assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for all patients assigned to his/her care.

  • The RN makes determinations regarding the progress of the patient toward goals and utilizes a therapeutic professional relationship with the patient/family and interdisciplinary team to facilitate the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of health.
