Job Description
Audio Visual (AV) and MS Teams environments Install and maintain meeting and conference room audio visual and MS Teams equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve AV and MS Teams service issues. Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Teams, O365 Maintain meeting and conference room integrity in compliance with Standard operating procedures; perform regular preventive maintenance checks (e.g. either report or address troubles such as cable management issues, safety standards non-compliance, etc.) Provide updates to usage statistics, issue and repair logs Cable running and management, fitting trays, trunking, and baskets Soldering, crimping and terminating skills. Technology Qualifications Installation Microdentials Microsoft MCSA A+ N+ General 1-3 years of related and progressive experience combining IT delivery, solutions implementation, operations management Excellent customer service skills as well as effective written and verbal communication skills.
