We are hiring an L1 HardwareTechnician to support our internal IT and infrastructure needs.
Role Requirements
- Networking (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, gateways)
- Laptop & desktop hardware repair and maintenance
- Mobile phone troubleshooting- Printer & scannersetup and support
- Structured cabling & trunk/patch management
- Internet connectivity issues & ISP coordination
- General IT infrastructure support
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
- Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Good understanding of computer hardware componentsand troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems andMicrosoft Office applications.
