Requirements:
- CompTI A+
- CompTIA N+
- Microsoft 365/Microsoft Certifications
- Fortinet NS4 (or CISCo, CCNA of equivalent)
- Having an IT Degree, must also certify with Microsoft and Fortinet.
- Matric required with mathematics and physical science as subjects passed.
- 3 - 5 years relevant IT support experience
- Experience in MSP of multi-client environments is highly beneficial
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Veeam backup & Replication, Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs,TCP/IP)
