Job Description

Our client within the IT Sector, who delivers technology that enables growth, reduces risk, and creates long-term value for the people and businesses who trust them, is looking for a young, dynamic L2 Helpdesk Technician! 

Requirements:


  • CompTI A+

  • CompTIA N+

  • Microsoft 365/Microsoft Certifications

  • Fortinet NS4 (or CISCo, CCNA of equivalent)

  • Having an IT Degree, must also certify with Microsoft and Fortinet.

  • Matric required with mathematics and physical science as subjects passed.


Experience:


  • 3 - 5 years relevant IT support experience

  • Experience in MSP of multi-client environments is highly beneficial

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Veeam backup & Replication, Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs,TCP/IP)
