Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 application support for production systems, handling incidents, service requests, and changes
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues, including performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive measures
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond effectively to production incidents
- Support system testing, deployments, and releases in coordination with internal teams and vendors
- Perform BAU support , including handling user requests and following through on issue resolution end-to-end
- Analyse recurring issues post-BAU to identify patterns and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Enhance system reliability by improving monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Define and track SLAs for application performance and uptime
