VAM Systems is currently seeking an experienced L2 Technical Support Engineer for our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will possess ITIL, MCSE, CCNA certifications and strong troubleshooting skills. This full-time position does not offer remote work.
Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. Joining timeframe is immediate to 30 days.
