Job Description
Site Operations Management
- Direct and oversee daily operations and maintenance activities across data center facilities to ensure high standards of reliability, efficiency and security
- Manage the execution of Move, Add and Change (MAC) processes, including deployment of IT hardware and structured cabling installations
- Lead the identification and resolution of hardware and cabling issues, ensuring minimal downtime and operational continuity
- Enforce adherence to structured cabling standards (FTP, UTP, Optical Fiber) and implement industry best practices for data center operations
Leadership & Team Management
- Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day supervision of on-site teams, including training, mentoring and performance management
- Define clear objectives, track progress and conduct regular evaluations to ensure individual and team effectiveness
