<p><strong>Purpose of the Post</strong></p>
<p>Responsible for the continued work of the Public and Patient Involvement Strategy ensuring support and advice to patients, carers and families about the Saolta University Health Care Group, health services, in a friendly, confidential and impartial manner. The post involves working both reactively to help to resolve issues for patients and their families and proactively to improve patient experience at any possible opportunity.</p>
